Guests must be aged 23 or over,. Guests aged 18 years or younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
A minimum security deposit of GBP 250 is required prior to arrival. This deposit is a pre-authorisation payment and will be returned back to you upon check-out through your bank and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival and must have the same name as the guest staying. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.
The property has a strict no party policy. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.
Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.
Cleaning, linen and towels are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. Late check-in between 22:00 - 00:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. If you expect to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property to inform them of your expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability at an extra cost of 50 GBP. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible. Please inform Hunsens Grand Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

前總統馬英九 25 日出席由富邦集團主辦的第2屆「蔡萬才台灣貢獻獎」贈獎典禮。對於台北富邦銀行併購台北銀行案，他在致詞時說，他也很意外，但過程非常公正。他還提到，之前在報紙看到法院調查此案時，法官詢問已故富邦集團總裁蔡萬才有沒有送政治獻金給馬英九？蔡總裁供稱「我想送，但他（馬英九）不收」。馬英九說，這句話「對我幫助太大了，比我收了錢，幫助還要大。」
蔡萬才台灣貢獻獎是蔡萬才家族為紀念富邦集團蔡萬才總裁一生熱心公益、關心台灣社會發展而設立，每2年舉辦1次，主要希望表彰對台灣各領域有具體成就、貢獻之個人或團體，進而將其熱愛並造福鄉土的情懷發揚光大，匯聚更多正向的力量。
富邦集團董事長蔡明忠指出，蔡萬才故總裁一生秉持「取之社會，回饋社會」的精神，熱心社會公益，這個獎項是他生前一直想為台灣社會做的事情。但 2014 年總裁猝逝，家族決定繼承遺志，在 2015 年首度舉辦「蔡萬才台灣貢獻獎」，由舞蹈大師林懷民和善牧基金會湯靜蓮修女獲獎；今年是第2屆，由雕刻大師朱銘和許金川醫師獲獎。這4位得獎者長期在藝術、醫療和社會公益領域耕耘，擁有卓越成就，這也是富邦舉辦「蔡萬才台灣貢獻獎」最重要的意義，藉由表彰這些對台灣有卓越貢獻者，期望匯聚更多正向的力量。
受邀出席的前總統馬英九在致詞時也提到，蔡萬才總裁一生對市場貢獻良多，當過3屆立委，做了許多公益慈善事業，還特別幫助受傷員警，另外富邦也捐贈他的母校、台灣大學法律系，打造教學新館，而2年前很榮幸就受邀參加第1屆蔡萬才台灣貢獻獎頒獎典禮，但當時有行程，今年很高興能親自參加這項有意義的活動。
此外，馬英九還主動透露，6年前某天，他看到報紙報導已故富邦集團總裁蔡萬才法庭作證時，對於法院詢問有沒有送政治獻金給馬英九？蔡萬才總裁回答「本來想送，但他（馬英九）不收」。馬英九說，蔡總裁的這句話，「對我幫助太大，比我收了錢，幫助還要大」。
馬英九還說，當初北銀案是委託高盛做財務顧問，最後由富邦金勝出，「大家很意外，我也很意外」，但過程非常公正，當時他是台北市長，但非由國民黨執政，卻獲得外商及財政部的肯定，此案對北銀員工也是好事，北銀出售案經得起考驗。
